General provisions ① A construction plan should be formulated before construction, which includes design drawings related to enclosure, foundation treatment, foundation construction, installation and removal of enclosure, typhoon prevention measures, traffic diversion plan, emergency rescue plan, etc. ②Protective measures should be taken to prevent the enclosure from being damaged or polluted during the whole construction process. ③The location of enclosure installation must meet the safety requirements of traffic and fire protection. ④ Carry out trial installation of the green construction enclosure according to the construction plan, and the formal installation and construction can only be carried out after the trial installation is qualified. ⑤ Enclosing concrete foundation adopts recycled concrete foundation. Construction preparation ①Before construction, the bearing capacity of the bearing layer should be tested for the foundation range of the enclosure structure. ②Before construction, measurement and setting out should be carried out, and installation and positioning marks for various components should be set. ③After the prefabricated components are transported to the construction site, they should be checked and accepted. They should be stacked separately according to specifications, varieties, use parts, and installation order, and protective measures should be taken for finished products. ④ Reused components should be refurbished and maintained outside the site. For stressed components with serious corrosion and obvious deformation, their material properties shall be tested or calculated and rechecked, and those that do not meet the requirements for use shall not be used. ⑤Before construction, make technical disclosure to the construction team, and operators should be familiar with construction drawings and construction plans. ⑥ If hoisting equipment is required, in the construction plan, the parameters related to hoisting safety, such as site bearing capacity, slings, spreaders, hoisting performance, etc., shall be calculated and reviewed. Foundation and drainage ditch construction ① When excavating foundation trenches, protection measures for surrounding buildings and pipelines shall be taken, and the normal functions of surrounding buildings (structures) and adjacent municipal pipelines and underground facilities shall not be affected. ② When mechanical excavation is used for the foundation and drainage ditches, 100mm soil layer should be reserved for manual cleaning. After the excavation is completed, edge trimming, bottom cleaning and tank inspection shall be carried out. The foundation tank should not be exposed for too long, and should not be soaked in water for a long time. On-site installation requirements ①Should be assembled sequentially according to the design drawings and enclosure distribution diagrams. ②Accessories should be firmly installed, and the positions of embedded parts and reserved holes should be accurate. ③ Before hoisting the base, column and enclosure panel, a test hoisting inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the rigging is firm and the machinery is stable. ④ The holes reserved at both ends of the panel should be aligned with the connection position of the column and fixed with bolts. The verticality of columns and panels shall comply with the provisions of GB 50205 'Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering'. ⑤ A reasonable welding process and sequence should be selected during welding to reduce the secondary stress and deformation of steel members due to welding. Spot welding is used between the steel plate and the keel, and the spot welding distance is 200mm; the steel structural members not indicated in the figure that need to be welded are all fully welded, and the welding penetration is complete. The quality standard should comply with 'Carbon Steel Welding Rod' GB/T5117 Provisions. ⑥ All exposed steel components should be derusted and anti-corrosion treated, and the derusting grade should reach Sa2.0 or above. Sprinkler installation and construction requirements ① The number of water mist nozzles can be adjusted according to the needs of on-site dust suppression. ② After the sprinkler system is installed, it should be debugged with water as a whole to ensure the normal operation of the system. ③ The switch of the sprinkler system should be automatically controlled according to the height of the dust. Requirements for installation and construction of lamps ① It is advisable to use clean energy lamps such as solar energy. ②Lamps should not be damaged, cracked, deformed, etc. Measures should be taken to prevent shock, breakage, and deformation during installation. ③ The installation height, elevation angle and installation direction of each lamp should be consistent. The cap leads of enclosed luminaires shall be protected by heat-resistant insulating tubes. Installation quality inspection and acceptance ① The acceptance of construction enclosures is based on the special acceptance requirements formulated by relevant units such as the construction unit’s organization of design, construction, and supervision; the key acceptance basis and the strength and stability of the enclosure structure, etc.; In areas with high frequency, it is recommended to simulate the typhoon horizontal load to test the enclosure stability. ② The same batch of materials, parts and components produced by the same manufacturer, which are used for multiple unit projects under the same construction project and belong to the same engineering project, can be combined for site acceptance. ③ Parts and components comply with the relevant current national standards, and have product standards, factory inspection certificates, quality assurance certificates and operating instructions. ④Steel structure construction enclosure acceptance shall be carried out on the basis of entry acceptance and welding connection, fastener connection, fabrication and other sub-item acceptance acceptance. Inspection items include but not limited to: height, panel flatness, column buried depth , Column center distance, concrete strength, column verticality, straightness, coating thickness, visual quality, etc. Requirements for dismantling the enclosure structure: ①Remove vulnerable parts such as lamps and sprinkler systems first. ②Follow the removal sequence from top to bottom. ③ The disassembled prefabricated parts should be sorted and stacked neatly.
