Design requirements for construction site fencing

1. Load and load combination ① The permanent load of the enclosure structure should be calculated according to the actual situation, usually including the self-weight of enclosure panels, columns, edge beams, diagonal braces, sprinkler equipment and lighting equipment. ②The variable load of enclosure structure is mainly wind load. ③ During the construction period, when the typhoon warning exceeds the design wind level, the enclosure structure should be reinforced or removed in time. ④ When calculating the bearing capacity and deformation of the enclosure structure, the load combination of permanent load + wind load should be used for calculation. Requirements for Drawings 2. Structural Explanation The design service life of the enclosure in this atlas is 5 years, and the wind pressure is taken according to the return period of 10 years (0.3kN/m2). The dimensions, specifications and forms of the components marked in the atlas are for reference only. If a style beyond the scope of application of this atlas is used, before enclosure construction, the structure of the enclosed form, Components, connection nodes and foundation bearing capacity are calculated. 3. The foundation should be combined with the site conditions to harden the soil within the coverage of the enclosure structure, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should not be less than 80KPa. 4. Drainage design Drainage and drainage measures should be taken to protect the surrounding sites to avoid the influence of water accumulation on the foundation of the enclosure. In principle, the drainage ditches are arranged along the entire length of the inner side of the enclosure structure. The terminal of the drain is connected to a water storage tank or a sedimentation tank. Drainage ditch can adopt single-slope natural drainage, and the longitudinal slope is not less than 2%; the cross-sectional size should be designed according to the maximum runoff, and the general cross-sectional width is 150-300mm, and the depth is not less than 150mm. Due to site conditions, if it is difficult to set up drainage ditches inside part of the enclosure, other measures should be taken to ensure that no water will accumulate on the construction site. 5. Lighting design. Fixed fasteners or brackets can be installed on the upper part of the enclosure to lay power line pipes throughout the length. The lamp lighting power distribution circuit is drawn from the special circuit of the construction distribution box, and adopts 30mA leakage protection. It is recommended to use 8W LED energy-saving lamps, and the protection level is not lower than IP65. 6. Lightning protection design Assembled steel structure enclosures should take good lightning protection and grounding measures. According to Article 4.5.6 of the 'Code for Lightning Protection Design of Buildings', it is recommended to adopt the treatment measures of vertical ground poles. The embedded steel plates of the enclosure columns Under-welding 50*50*5 galvanized angle steel, with a burial depth of 2.5m, at least 10 fenced columns per construction site; when there are less than 10 fenced columns, all natural down-conductors must be treated to ensure the safety of the fenced.
