Fabrication and installation of light steel structures

The steel structure villas designed and produced by Mobile Housing Co., Ltd. are strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant national standards.

The steel structure is mainly composed of light welded H-beam as the load-bearing skeleton, cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped or Z-shaped as sandalwood bars and wall beams, and metal profiled steel plates as the enclosure structure.

1. The support and installation unit of the light steel structure must be reviewed and approved by the relevant departments, and it has sufficient engineering and technical personnel, Russian workers, and necessary technical equipment.

2. The support and installation of the light steel structure must be carried out according to the construction drawings. In the case of Gongqi Shi, the installation unit of the bearing should formulate the bearing process and installation construction organization design according to the requirements of the construction drawing, and implement it carefully and strictly during the construction process.

3. The material and specifications of the light steel structure of the bearing, anti-corrosion and coating materials, etc., should meet the design requirements. In addition to the production qualification certificate, the above-listed materials should also undergo necessary inspections to confirm that their materials meet the requirements.

4. Except as otherwise stipulated in this chapter, the bearing and installation of light steel structures shall comply with the current national standards 'Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering' (GB50205) and 'Technical Specifications for Steel Structures of Portal Rigid Frame Lightweight Buildings' (CECS102 : 2002).
