Requirements for the materials used in the packing room

1. Steel: The performance of structural steel should meet the requirements of current standards GB/T700, GB/T1591, GB/T 706, GB/T6723, GB/T6725, and its mechanical properties should not be lower than the requirements of Q235B steel.

2. When the galvanized steel sheet is selected for the structure, its performance shall meet the requirements of the current standards GB/T2518 and GB/T14978 respectively, and its tensile strength, elongation, yield strength, cold bending test and The content of sulfur and phosphorus should meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the carbon content of welded structural steel plates should meet the requirements of relevant standards.

3. Plate: The nominal thickness of the sandwich panel for wall panel can be 100mm, 75mm and 50mm respectively according to the climatic conditions and usage requirements, and the heat transfer coefficient should conform to the current standard GB/T23932. The nominal thickness of the color-coated substrate should not be less than 0.4mm, and the thickness of the front coating of the color-coated substrate should not be less than 20μm.

4. The density of the core material of the metal-faced glass wool sandwich panel shall not be less than 60kg/m; the density of the core material of the metal-faced rock wool sandwich panel shall not be less than 100kg/m; The strength should comply with the current standard GB/T23932; the top and bottom of the sandwich panel should be edge-sealed. The core material of the sandwich panel shall use the material whose combustion performance level is Class A in the current standard GB8624.

5. The base floor for the bottom of the box should use the material whose combustion performance grade is Class A in the current standard GB8624. If the cement-based floor is used, the high-density type should be used and the thickness should not be less than 18mm. It must not contain asbestos, and other indicators should comply with the current standards GB/T24312, JC/T412.1, JC/T564.1 and LY/T1580.

6. Connection material: Welding wire and electrode should be matched with the welding process, and the performance of welding wire and electrode should comply with the current standards.

7. The material, specification and mechanical properties of bolts and nuts should comply with the current standards GB/T3098.1, GB/T5782 and GB/T5780.

8. The mechanical properties of self-drilling and self-tapping screw fasteners shall comply with the provisions of the current standard GB/T3098.1.

9. The combustion performance level of decoration materials - paved floor - paved floor should not be lower than the B1 level in the current standard GB8624.

10. Ceiling - The ceiling should be made of materials whose combustion performance class is Class A in the current standard GB8624.

11. Adhesive materials - The limit of harmful substances in adhesives shall comply with the current standard GB18583, and acrylate adhesives shall not be used.

12. The performance and quality of sealing material - sealing strip and sealant shall comply with the current standards GB/T 24498, GB/T 14683 and JC/T 884.

13. Thermal Insulation Materials - The performance and quality of thermal insulation materials for the top, bottom and walls of the integrated packaged box housing shall meet the requirements of the current standards GB/T 17795 and GB/T 19686, and the combustion performance shall be The grade should not be lower than grade A in the current standard GB8624.

14. Steel doors should be selected for doors and windows-external doors. The external windows should be energy-saving aluminum alloy windows or plastic-steel windows, and double-layer glass or insulating glass should be used.

15. Requirements-Material Requirements-The nominal thickness of the main girder at the bottom of the box should not be less than 3.5mm, the nominal thickness of the main girder at the top of the box should not be less than 3mm, and the nominal thickness of the bottom and top secondary beams of the box should not be less than 3.5mm. 2mm. The nominal thickness of the corner posts should not be less than 3mm, and the thickness of the connecting plates at both ends of the corner posts should not be less than 14mm.

16. The thickness of the upper and lower connecting plates of the corner fittings should not be less than 14mm, and the thickness of the side plates of the corner fittings should not be less than 4mm.

17. The galvanizing amount of corner columns and main beams should not be less than 100g/m (double-sided), and the galvanizing amount of other secondary structures such as secondary beams should not be less than 80g/m (double-sided).

18. The nominal thickness of the profiled color-coated board substrate used for the exterior of the box top should not be less than 0.5mm, and the thickness of the front coating of the color-coated board board should not be less than 20μm.
