LIDA affordable house mainly include two parts system, first one is main structure frame, whis is produced by Q235 (steel grade) cold formed galvanized light gauge steel, the zinc layer is 275g/m2, has excelent performance of strength and anti-rust. The second one is wall and roof system, the wall panel is ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) board, which performace is similar but better than concrete wall, the roof panel is Colored glazed steel tiles, which has good strength and anti rust performace, and ceiling has fiber galss wool (with aluminum foil) insulation.

Because of the low cost, fast installation, long service life, LIDA affordable house has become the best solution for solving house demand of low income family.
