Materials:

1. The main frame of light steel structure warehouse(columns and beams) is made of welded H-style steel.

2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.

3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.

4. The envelop construction net is made of cold form C-style purlins.

5. The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping nails.

6. Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminum, sandwich panel and so on.

a, Galvanized color steel sheet. Thickness:0.4mm,0.5mm etc.

 b, EPS (polystyrene)sandwich panel.Thickness: 50mm,75mm etc.

c,Rock wool sandwich panel.Thickness:50mm,75mm etc.

 d, Fiber glass wool sandwich panel, Thickness: 50mm,75mm etc.

e, PU (Polyurethane) sandwich panel. Thickness 50mm,75mm etc

B, Door. 

We can supply the below doors according to customer’s need.

a, Sliding sandwich panel door.               b, Rolling shutter door

C.  Window. 

We can design the window according to your request or drawing, 

The material of window frame,we can supply PVC frame or Aluminum alloy frame according to your request.

About the glass, we can supply single glazing or double glazing. The thickness of single glass is 3mm,4mm and 5mm etc.

Part 3 . Roof

The main material of the roof panel is the same with wall panel, we can supply Galvanized color steel sheet, EPS sandwich panel, Rock wool sandwich Panel, 

Fiber glass wool sandwich panel or PU sandwich panel as the roof.
